The Long Garden
I first visited this garden in
October 2016 and now nearly a year later the landscapers have started on the hard landscape.
The client cleared the garden prior to my visit in 2016 and covered it in plastic and bark. The only planting left was a Carpinus (Hornbeam) hedge to the rear of the garden, a beautiful Liquidambar tree styraciflua (Sweet Gum), that has the most amazing autumn colours and a pear tree.
My client wanted a garden with that was bright and was split into separate areas of interest and contain a summerhouse, water feature and raised. beds.
The only item that wasn't to be moved was the washing line.
